Return Conditions

Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original packaging and all tags attached.

Custom or personalized products

Gift cards

Final sale items

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., lingerie, swimwear)  cannot be returned once opened.

Return Porcess

Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Please ship the item back to the provided return address and inform our team of the tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want the item), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

We will process your refund within 7-15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
